-Agent's Notes-
Agent Lucinda Montiero of UNTL's Project Stargazer. A medium sized anomaly was detected at promptly 5:37 AM, Wednesday, 21st of July of 2010. After close monitoring via UNTL orbiting satellites, it was determined that the anomaly was identified as a space craft of unknown origins. Contact was quickly established the vessel to stop at 372,00miles of Earth's orbit, and was determined it was manned by a single entity. This entity identified himself as Loukra the Sano of Curaga. Project Stargazer agents were dispatched immediately and met the cruiser.

According to accounts, the alien Loukra was quite hospitable and extremely cooperative. It was determined that the alien had no mind affecting powers or tampered with any record of the meeting. After several ours of quarantine and observation, it was determined that the alien Loukra had clearance to enter Earth, under close observation and escort. The alien Loukra presented UNTL agents with all registration documents, a collection of data about Curaga, and submitted to all tests and interrogations. One of the most smoothest registrations I have ever seen, it did raise quite a few eye brows and only fueled speculation as to the agenda alien Loukra had.

I was present at his hearing. This is an excerpt of the introduction alien Loukra stated to the Comission.

"Greetings, my friends. I am Loukra the Sano of Curaga, located along the Traverse Cluster. As I plainly stated to your representatives and security agents, I am here on a mission of diplomatic good will, that I did! It is a required tradition of all Sano (More explanation on this later, excerpt included.) to leave the homeworld and venture out to the known multiverse and extend a hand of friendship, partnership, and medical aide, that we do! Perish the thought that I am here to steal any secrets or share delicate information about Earth and it's people, oh dear me, no! Any information I am to acquire would be for my eyes only, as in order to truly understand the workings of your people, your physiology, and traditions, I must learn as much as I can. And if I am proven to be a bold face liar, do feel free to lock me up and throw away the key! (Subject emits a rather unique, and quite infectious laughter.) I am willing to submit myself, any technology, information or records to you. I am eager to let you judge my worth and merit, that I do! If there is anything you see illegal or unnecessary of my stay here, please do tell me straightforward, and I shall put the instructed limitations. Or if you do not like my sort, I have no quarrel being sent away. I, in no way or form, wish to cause any alarm or incident by my being here. Oh, heavens, the thought of me causing an incident is quite the exciting, if not heart wrenching thought. I submit to your judgement and council, my friends of Earth, that I do!"

I, for one, was quite charmed by alien Loukra, he was extremely cooperative to the point were he offered to be implanted with surveillance devices. I do not understand his thinking, but he has definitely made the screening process very easy for us. I was surprised to learn, after a 24 hour period, that Loukra would be given a secured Visa under the jurisdiction of the United States. He would be monitored at all times, will be required to submit all records and notes to a parole officer twice a day, and be subjected to a medical examination every other day. I gotta say, I feel sorry for him--to go through that all the time, but he didn't the least bit apprehensive about the process--he was actually very curious and eager to participate.

I was later assigned to alien Loukra, and I gotta say, I've never been happier to be appointed to such a workable subject. We've become fast friends, in that regard, but I am his agent first and his friend second. Here gave me some information on Curaga that I found to be very interesting. These are my notes on his information.

Curaga is governed by The Arc, a collective of a specific ethnic group that possess an innate leadership and knowledge of the laws and traditions of Curaga. There is no party system or varying factions. It is a sort of egalitarian system separated only branches and sub-committees organized and adaptable to certain needs of the planet and its neighbors. It also houses representatives of neighboring planets that have agreed to participate and observe The Arc as a governing body. The governing head of the Arc are seven Curatios, who possess exceptional experience, only rivaled by their age. The oldest is Curatio Tunacho, who is at the peak of Curagan life at 2500 years of age, by Earthen standards. The Arc is always in communication with the Sano, who are commonly the only ones who venture out to the multiverse.


Curagan Ethnic Groups and their Rankings:

Curatio: The Arc ethnic group, white in scheme with glowing white pupils and black outer eyes. These are the politicians, emissaries and council on Curaga. They are commonly the most long lived of all Curagans.

Paratus: Researchers/Analysisists: Yellow in color, glowing yellow inner pupil and black outer eyes. The brain people, they collect and analyze the data, book smart and seem egotistic about it, although Loukra did not outright say it, I was thinking it.

Sano: Physicians/Doctors/Surgeons. Like Loukra they a they seem to have a Green cyan color scheme, a glowing Turqoise pupil and dark forest green like outer eyes. They are innately healers, but are not by any means without some form of defense. It was noted by Loukra that a good number do take a vow of Pacifism.

Proficio: Assistants/Aides: Brownish in color with a glowing tanned colored inner pupil and a dark brown outer eye. An ethnic group that enjoys nothing more than helping a mentor or craftsman, they are like the bright wide-eyed youth who want to learn about everything, a bit reckless.

Prenda: Artisans/Tradesman/Merchants; Blue in color, glowing aqua blue inner pupils with midnight blue outer eyes. Construction workers, bakers, store owners...business men.

Civis: Dark Grey in color, black inner eye, glowing white outer. The untrained civilian populace, able to enter professions, but undergo changes in order to rank up, so to speak. A society is only as strong as its supportive populace, these guys seem to do just that.

Fortis: Militia, Forest green, black inner pupil with a glowing white outer eye. Self explanatory, any military ethnic group is this general scheme, apparently seems to follow a similar military rank system as the military in the United States, go figure.

Curator: Bodyguard/Mercenary type. Red in color, glowing pink inner pupil and dark red outer eye. Every society needs one, but this group actually is very respectful and loyal to the other ethnic groups. They get their money, but also enjoy the partnership and companionship of the individuals they are hired or sent to guard. So different than the ones here on Earth. -End of this Excerpt-

The one thing that really threw me off for a loop was when I asked about the females of his race. They don't have a female equivalent, their race is all male. I was just floored by this...I mean, seriously, that just so weird to me. He expressed that many are allowed to bond, which in most cases is like a for life marriage thing, with other groups but usually to keep rank they stay within their ethnic groups. He was going to explain their mating rituals, but I stopped him there...not exactly something I want to hear, or something I can really put in this report. At any rate, this is going to be interesting, for all of us.
