Being the sad soul that I am, I've just finished watching the whole Saint Seiya series for the 3rd time.

This got me thinking: "Hey a hero who either represents a certain constellation or draws his/her powers from it, could open up for some decent RP"

And I'm not just talking about the zodiac and the 12 prime constellations of Western Astronomy, nor the Chinese zodiac.

I mean look up a few of the hundreds of constellations out there, their names, what they symbolize and such.
Taking the name of the constellation and try to make a (data) flesh 'n blood version of it.

What do you guys think?

Cassiopeia - Acrobatics (she hangs upside down half the time) and telekinesis for much hurling about of chairs.

Andromeda - Chains. Lots of holds.

Pleiades - Lots of summons; should be able to pull out at least six copies of herself.

Orion - Archery / Single Blade. Has a large belt.

But that is not a bad idea. General enough so that anyone could find a character theme that fits them. Plus, I'm a fan of ideas that allow creative interpretations

Interesting idea actually....hmmmmm

Just to come up with some of the more obvious ones:

Ursa Major - A big bear dude, with either some archery and/or munitions powers (read the myth behind Ursa Major to understand why)

Serpens and Ophiuchus - Should be 3 individuals Serpens Caput, Serpens Cauda and Ophiuchus, now Caput should have one of the snake heads, Cauda a tail and Ophiuchus should focus on a healing powerset.

Sagitta - The Arrow, take a wild guess.

Lupus - A wolf character, but doesn't have much background.. GO artistic liberty!

It sounds cool, not that I have the character slots or time for another character or anything

I would LOVE to make character representing Lyra, but it's kinda hard to find an appropriate outfit and powers to match it.
